Well done to Kenny Campbell who picked up a silver medal in the V35 Male category for the 3000m GAA Miler Meet on Saturday 3rd January.  This was the first time Kenny has participated at this distance and it's clear to see the big man kept off the mince pies over the festivities as he finished in an impressive 09:14:82.  To put it into perspective, this was  5 seconds off the experienced winner Robert Gilroy and 24 seconds ahead of third place Darren Muir.

Kenny has put his recent form down to 'Saying his prayers, eating his vitamins and drinking his milk', which is a similar approach adopted by his hero the Hulkster....oh yeah!

Anyway, full results can be here
