We usually focus on speed, interval or hill work and cover approximately 6 – 8 miles on Tuesdays and Thursday's but you can do more or less if you wish. It is up to you. All are welcome. You don't need to come to all the training nights to be part of the club but if you would like company to run and the motivation of running as a team come along and try it out.
To officially join the then you can complete the online entry which is on the Entry Central site. Click here to to be redirected to the CRC membership online entry page. There is also a link to this within the About Us>Membership menu.
