About Us

Training

Club training nights are informal and friendly. We run at 6.30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays and meet at the Ferry Terminal in Campbeltown. We usually focus on speed, interval or hill work and cover approximately 6 – 8 miles on Tuesdays and Thursday's but you can do more or less if you wish. It is up to you. All are welcome. You don't need to come to all the training nights to be part of the club but if you would like company to run and the motivation of running as a team come along and try it out.
