CRC Core and Stretch Session

We all know having a strong core and stretching are important for improving performance, muscle recovery and avoiding injury so why not come along to this stretching and core session to help us all improve our performance and flexibility. It is hoped to do this session once a month after our club run to get us into good habits. It will only last 30 minutes. Elaine will go through some runner friendly stretches based on yoga and pilates as well as some core strength work. Suggested donation for coming along is £1 adults, 50p children to cover costs of hall and any proceeds will be put to charity. Bring a mat/towel and a bottle of water, see you all there!
