A couple of years ago we posted on this site information on race and training pace calculator websites which may provide some further help. With the MOK run approaching I thought it may be useful to re-post this information.

The site that have the pace calculators can assist runners identify a pace to try and achieve for specific training sessions or races. See site below for more info:

The training zones in particular can give a good indication for pace to achieve for sessions such as tempo, intervals, pyramids, long runs, recovery jogs, etc. Please note that these should only be taken as a guide as you may find you can't always achieve the targets set by these calculators. Factors that need to be considered when training or racing to specific times can be tiredness, weather conditions, stress, etc.

I hope you find these site useful!
