The second venue of the SKSC 2014 Race Series is Ballochgair. This is a new route for the race series and is similar in terrain to Pennygown, although not as steep. The route starts approx 0.7 mile up from the car park for Ballochgair, so there will be a small walk\jog to the start line. There is an area for parking close to the start line but terrain isn't ideal so we advise leaving cars at the bottom of the hill.

Date: Tuesday 3rd June 2014
Venue: Ballochgair
Time: 1900hrs. Please meet at Aqualibrium at 18:00 to try and share lifts. There aren't many car spaces at Ballochgair so full cars appreciated
Distance: 5K
Terrain:Forest track
Cost: Free for everyone
If you are interested in participating then could you either respond to the post on Facebook or e-mail raceseries@campbeltownrunningclub.com? If you have never competed before then please could you provide an estimated 5k time to enable us to calculate a handicap time.
